Stellar Career Quest 2026 brought an interactive approach to career exploration in Melbourne. Designed for students, graduates and job seekers, the event combined practical career preparation with opportunities to connect directly with employers.
Built around a Career Passport and eight challenge stations, the programme integrated career discovery, résumé development, mock interviews and employer interaction. It created a setting where participants could practise presenting their strengths, explore opportunities and build professional connections through shared activities.

参与者通过Career Passport职业护照探索八大挑战关卡，在职业探索、简历优化、模拟面试及企业互动中展示个人优势、了解岗位机会，并通过实际交流建立职业联系。
The Career Quest Experience｜职业冒险体验

The Career Passport connected each stage of the experience, encouraging participants to explore different aspects of career readiness. Across eight stations, career preparation became a series of practical tasks and conversations, with opportunities to reflect, practise and connect.
Career Passport职业护照串联活动体验，引导参与者逐步探索求职准备的不同环节。八大关卡将职业准备转化为具体任务与真实交流，让参与者在探索中明确方向，在实践中锻炼表达，在互动中发现机会。
Career Exploration｜职业探索
Explore roles and career pathways through job information and conversations with employers, developing a clearer understanding of personal interests and professional goals.
通过岗位信息与企业交流了解不同职业方向，结合个人兴趣与优势，逐步明确职业目标。
Résumé Development｜简历优化
Refine how skills, experience and achievements are presented, helping participants communicate their strengths more clearly to potential employers.
梳理技能、经历与个人成果，优化简历表达，让潜在雇主更清晰地了解候选人的优势。
Mock Interviews｜模拟面试
Practise introducing yourself, responding to questions and communicating your experience in an interview setting.
通过模拟面试练习自我介绍、问题应答与经历表达，为真实招聘场景积累经验。
Employer Interaction｜企业互动
Meet employers face to face, learn about available roles and workplace expectations, and demonstrate communication and problem-solving skills through interactive tasks.
与企业面对面交流，了解岗位需求及工作期待，并在互动任务中展示沟通、表达与解决问题的能力。
Connecting Employers and Talent｜连接企业与人才
Career Quest offered employers two ways to engage: sharing genuine vacancies for on-site display, or participating in person through a company showcase and interactive activities.
Job listings introduced opportunities to students and graduates without requiring a dedicated booth. On-site participation allowed employers to meet candidates, receive résumés and gain a fuller understanding of their interests and capabilities through direct conversation.
Career Quest为企业设置了岗位展示与现场参与两种合作方式，让不同招聘需求的企业都能与目标人才建立联系。
企业可提供真实招聘岗位及职位描述，在现场展示岗位信息，无需设置独立展位；也可通过企业展示区和互动活动，与候选人面对面交流、接收简历，并在沟通中进一步了解其职业兴趣与个人能力。
A New Chapter for Stellar｜星途的新一步
Building on Stellar’s career fairs and university business competition, Career Quest extended the brand’s focus on connecting talent with opportunity. By bringing career preparation and employer engagement into an interactive format, the programme created more ways for participants and businesses to get to know one another.
